Fabien Hallier, 40, began his career with Schneider Electric, then moved internationally to work for Alstom. He then worked as a commissioning engineer for Air Liquide. After working in 37 countries, he returned to France as Technical Director at CH4Process, before setting up Enerflux in early 2023.
